COMMUNI I T DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher,468-9653) a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyanceof property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. i' b. PARCEL SIZE: All parcels shall have a minimum area of two acres. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9- 872.2[d]) .i1. c. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requireFmentwill be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit: (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. 11! 2.
