SA-97-52 OF KANDI TUSO <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Site Approval <br /> pre-application for a Home Occupation for a home bakery. The <br /> applicant, Ms . Tuso, is proposing to construct a 396 square foot <br /> commercial kitchen in an accessory building. The project site is <br /> located on the east side of Lammers Road, approximately 1800 feet <br /> south of Valpico Road, west of Tracy. <br /> if the applicant wishes to proceed with a full application, the <br /> following development requirements will apply, pursuann to <br /> Section 9-839 . 5 of the Development Title . <br /> 1 . Size Limits . The home occupation may be conducted in a <br /> building on the subject property that is accessory to the <br /> residence, provided said accessory building does not exceed <br /> four hundred ( 400) square feet of floor area . <br /> 2 . Business Visitors/Clients . Business visitors or clients <br /> shall be permitted on the subject property, provided the <br /> number of such visits does not exceed two (2 ) per day. <br /> _ . Approval by Fire Marshall . The home occupation mall be <br /> subject to the approval of =he Fire Marshall . <br /> 4 . Emnlcyees . All emplo=yees shall be members of the resident <br /> _anvil`✓ and shall reside on the premises . <br /> 2 . Traffic .
