PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 212 Page 17 depicts the site parcel (APN 212- <br /> 170-02) on the western portion of the page bordering parcel APN 212-170-01 on the west <br /> which is utilized by the San Joaquin County parks department, north by open land and <br /> West Larch Road on the south and by parcel 212-170-048 to the east, and a drainage <br /> easement is east of the property. The parcel vicinity map and an overhead satellite map <br /> are included as Appendix B. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated on Figure 1. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The property has been used for residential and light agriculture purposes. The current <br /> home structure was erected in 1993. The property is situated on the residential plan north <br /> of Tracy, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property currently is provided by a single-use well located in the <br /> southeast edge of the site of the property or central portion of the developed portion of <br /> the property, a sufficient distance (over 120 linear feet - Figure 2) from the existing site <br /> septic system, located 35 feet north of the residence on the site. <br /> 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic system includes a residential system located west of the residential <br /> building (Figure 2), directly along the western property boundary. The septic system is <br /> utilized by the residence (proportedly, permitted for a four bedroom septic system with a <br /> total of six bedrooms). The use of the system will considered 365 days a year for the <br /> study. <br /> The existing leach field, north from the septic system distribution box will be located over <br /> 100 linear feet from the property water supply well. <br /> Additionally, the proposed septic system and leach field is planned to be connected along <br /> the central landscape.
