GROUND WATER ANALYTICAL REPORT
CTEL laboratory reports with quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reports and
' chain-of-custody forms are be supplied in Appendix C. Nitrate (NO3) was detected at
0.5 milligrams per liter (mg/1).
1 5.0. SOIL PROFILE
On 10 July 2014, an Onsite Wastewater Treatment System Permit was issued by the
EHD (Appendix D) for the above referenced property.
' On 21 July 0014, a 4-inch hand auger was utilized to advance a percolation test hole to
36-inches bsg in the subject parcel.
' 5.1. SITE MAP
' A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large
trees, pastures, pools, natural drainage courses, ponds, waterways, etc.) is illustrated
on Figure 2.
1
' 5.2. SOIL PROFILE PIT INCLUDING DEPTH AND DIMENSIONS
The test hole was located in vicinity of the proposed church septic system infiltration
' lines, which will be utilized for the proposed church when completed. The percolation
test hole was advanced to a depth of 36-inches bsg. A site plan depicting proposed site
features and location of test holes is included as Figure 1.
' 5.3. SOIL LITHOLOGY WITHIN TEST HOLE
tThe soil was visually described in accordance with the Unified Soil Classification
System by a representative of AGE under the supervision of a California Professional
' Geologist.
' 5.4. SOIL LITHOLOGY AS RELATED TO FUTURE ONSITE SEPTIC USES
The soil sample collected from the boring consisted of soils ranging from sand to silt
' and gravel in the upper 24 inches to silt with clay at the base of the soil section at three
feet bsg. The soil type was considered permeable and with a quantity of coarse grained
soil (sand) sufficient for liquid waste disposal and treatment.
Advanced CeoEnvironmental,Inc.
