Please keep in mind <br /> _ that the capacities for both water and sewer are limited to one ECU each and is permissible for <br /> development of the pfoperty for residential or small scale rei'�ious uses only. <br /> Both water and sewer ECU's will be available after complet;on of the sewer line in the Larch <br /> Clover area. The assessment district is ptiying for She constriction of the main sewer line with <br /> lateral stubs for future connections to the fronting properties. The property owners will be <br /> responsible to obtain an er,croachrr,ernt permit from the City and make connection to the sewer <br /> lateral stubs- Similarly w4ter connection shall also require an encroachment permit-from the <br /> City. Cennectlon of both water and sewer laterals to the main shall be made by a licensed <br /> contractor hired by the property owner. In addition, the property owner shall also pay the watef <br /> ECU fee before obtaining an encroachment permit from the City.
