At present <br /> they have about 60 people attending on Sunday mornings and plan to grow to 250 within ten <br /> years. The church draws people from the regional area for Sunday morning services from 8-noon, <br /> and 7-9 pro Wednesday Bible Study. There are no full-time staff members with any office hours. <br /> There will also be random special events. ��,� <br /> The proposed site is located east of Corral Hollow Rd. north of 205 Freeway. It is a flat Z 7 ,4:p <br /> residential 2.8-acre site(mostly vacant). It is zoned low density residential. The land is J <br /> surrounded by residential properties to the east and west. There is a vacant lot to the north with <br /> an existing church to the south_ There are no existing trees. The existing residence and out <br /> b� ill be remain. There are no public water,sewer or storm systems to tie into. <br /> Phase one will be 2400 SF Sanctuary building and 1700 SF classroom trailer. Phase one will also <br /> have new paved parking,play fields, retention pond,well, septic tank and leach fields. Phase two <br /> will be 2400 SF Education Building. <br /> There are no associated projects with this and no hazardous materials involved. This project is <br /> consistent with the general plan and zoning. There is no significant impact on the environment; <br /> including traffic,noise, light,air,water and archeology. And there is no threat to public health, <br /> safety and welfare.The church has been serving the needs of the community for years in rented <br /> facilities. And now want to continue this on their own campus.
