PHONE NUMBER: (209)468-3284 RE: PA-03-116(SA),Attention: Jose Rubianes 11515 West Larch Road, Tracy The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. A. Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) • A letter from the water supplier will be required stating that they have the capacity to serve the development and that the system meets State standards prior to issuance of building permits (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1100.3). NOTE: The City of Tracy issued San Joaquin County a letter dated September 14, 2001, providing notice that the City of Tracy does not have water sources beyond its projected needs. A subsequent City of Tracy letter dated April 14, 2003 specific to this project, states that the city will provide water only for existing uses and if this project proceeds,water service will not be provided. The Environmental Health Department will require the applicant to obtain public water service in accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.3, due to water quality and septage studies completed in November 1981, March 1983, and March 1990.
