The frontage improvements for Larch Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of a 60-foot right-of-way Collector street. The construction of the frontage improvements will <br /> be deferred upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement <br /> or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Improvement Plan. (A$410.00 fee currently is <br /> required for processing per Development Title Table 9-240.2 in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed and <br /> an estimate for the required frontage improvements. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. All new structures and/or substantial improvements(including duct-work and all equipments and <br /> utilities) shall be elevated a minimum of one (1) foot above the 100-year flood elevation of eleven (11) <br /> feet NGVD. <br /> 8.
