The applicant presents plans approved by San Joaquin County for temporary <br /> sewer service <br /> 9. The applicant signs, and agrees to have recorded against the property, a <br /> Deferred Improvement Agreement (DIA) to pay the fair share of the cost of <br /> the improvements attributable to the parcel at such time as the street <br /> improvements in the area are initiated <br /> 10 That the applicant pays to the City a fee in an amount equal to the City's cost <br /> of raw water and water treatment at the time of building permit, currently <br /> $4,600, and pays the water service connection fee in effect at the time of <br /> connection, currently $3,836. <br /> 11 San Joaquin County provides a letter stating that the County will not permit <br /> the property to be served by a water well,the reason a well would not be <br /> permitted, and that the County has no objection to the City of Tracy providing <br /> water service to the property. <br /> The foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted by the Tracy Council on the <br /> day of , 2005, by the following vote <br /> AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br /> NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br /> ABSENT COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br /> ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: <br /> MAYOR <br /> ATTEST: <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
