The applicant presents building construction plans to the City for purpose of <br /> determination that the use will not require more than one ECU. <br /> G. If there is not a waterline "stub out"to the property fine, the applicant obtains <br /> r I b o <br /> an encroachment permit as necessary from both San Joaquin County and the <br /> City of Tracy and pays the required permit and inspection fees for connection <br /> of the service line to the wafer line. <br /> 7, If there is a waterline"stub out' to the property line, the applicant obtains <br /> building permits as necessary from both San Joaquin County and the City of <br /> Tracy and pays the required permit and inspection fees for connection of the <br /> service line to the water line. <br /> S. The applicant presents plans approved by San Joaquin County for temporary <br /> sewer service. <br /> 9. The applicant signs a Deferred Improvement Agreemenl (DIA)which is <br /> recorded to dedicate right of way In accordance with the City of Tracy <br /> General Plan and pay the fair share of the cost of the improvements <br /> attributable to the parcel at such tine as the street improvements in the area <br /> are initiated. <br /> 10 That the applicant pays to the City a fee in an amount equal to the City's coal <br /> "O of untreated water and the cost to treat that water at the t1i of building <br /> permit(currently 54,600 for one ECU)and pays the water service connection <br /> fee in effect at the time of connection(currently$3,836 for a total of$8,496). <br /> It C. 11. San Joaquin County provides a letter stating that the County will not permit <br /> the property to be served by a water well,the reason a well would not be <br /> permitted, and that the County has no objection to the City of Tracy providing <br /> water service to the property <br /> The attached resolution includes the criteria above <br />
