A soil suitabi 4/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use shall be <br /> submitted to Environmental Health indicating that the area is suitable for septic system usage. The <br /> studies must°be approved by Environmental Health prior to issuance of building permits <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1105.2[d)). A review fee of$575.00 must be paid at the time of <br /> submittal to environmental Health. <br /> i„- <br /> The sewage;;disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the EPA[design Manual for on-site waste water treatment and disposal systems is required for <br /> each parcel.'A permit fee of$115.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Construct a W1.ater well under permit and inspection by Environmental Health prior to occupancy. <br /> Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number <br /> of service coinections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system will be required <br /> by Environmental Health. Open, pump1�nd backfill the existing septic tank and lift station, seepage pit, or excavation under <br /> permit and inspection by Environmental Health. Construction-Of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by Environmental <br /> Health is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study <br /> findings.
