Site approval applicants should clearly identify industrial <br /> operations within 1,000 feet of any social care services they propose to establish. <br /> A new site plan must be submitted that snows these requirements. All existing buildings <br /> need to be shown. A demolition permit is required for the removal of any existing <br /> buildings. <br /> The application has been tentatively scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting on <br /> April 1, 2010. The Community Development Department has reviewed Use Permit <br /> application No. PA-1000034 and, provided that all outstanding issues can be resolved, <br /> will be recommending that the Planning Commission approve the application subject to <br /> the following conditions of approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. PA-1000034 was approved by the Planning <br /> Commission on . The effective date of approval is .
