Lathrop Road, Manteca <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this project. Other <br /> Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can not be modified. <br /> a. On all 28 parcels refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed <br /> and transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance <br /> 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> b. The wells must be repaired on all 28 parcels under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division (San Joaquin County Ordinance 1862, Section 5-4100) <br /> as follows: The well discharge pipe must be plumbed over the top of the standpipe and <br /> have twice the diameter of the discharge pipe air gap from top of the stand pipe, or <br /> install San Joaquin County approved backflow valves. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin Conry Health Care Services <br />
