As a result, this project is subject to District Regulation VIII <br /> (Fugitive Dust Prohibitions). The purpose of Regulation VIII is to reduce the amount of <br /> fine particulate matter (PM-10) entrained into the ambient air from man-made sources. <br /> The attached Synopsis highlights many of the requirements contained within Regulation <br /> VIII.
