Section 9-2224 (b) (4) requires that average final elevation <br /> be no lower than that of the land surrounding the excavated land. <br /> In this instance, the average final elevation is 42 . 22 ' , and the <br /> average surrounding elevation is 42 . 48 ' . <br /> If the project is revised to comply with Section 9-2224 (b) (4) and <br /> to provide the information requested by the Department of Public <br /> Works, then the Planning Division will approve GX-88-5 , subject <br /> to the Conditions of Approval recommended in the Public Agency <br /> comment letters . <br /> HSI : jdh <br />
