Lathrop Road, Manteca <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent to this <br /> project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. Ordinance Requirements can <br /> not be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. <br /> b. The existing irrigation and domestic water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane(DBCP) and nitrates concurrently with the soil suitability, <br /> and prior to recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run by <br /> a State-approved lab. <br /> C. On parcels 2, 3, and 4 construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under <br /> a permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development. <br /> d. On parcels 2, 3, and 4, construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> a well permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time <br /> of development. <br /> A Division of Can Joaquin County Health Care Cervices �� <br />
