Meeting Notes <br /> Good Morning, <br /> RE: Meeting held at SJ County Environmental Health Dept.,which in attendance were the following <br /> people: Lisa Medina, Rodney Estrada, John Raney, Mike Majors and Sam Towne. <br /> The discussion of the meeting was based on eight (8) items in which Lisa Medina needed clarification in <br /> regards to the soils suitability testing on the New Hope Project. Of those(8) items discussed, John <br /> Raney from Raney Geotechnical is to immediately address these items with an addendum report and <br /> meet with Lisa to go over each item for approval from her department no later than June 11, 2008. <br /> John Raney is to take on#7 of list in which states that Parcels 2, 3, 4, 5, & 8 failed the peculation tests- <br /> John to contact Neil Anderson to have them prepare an engineered design of the sewage disposable <br /> system for these 5 parcels that failed the tests. <br /> Additionally, Lisa needs documentation of the clean up of the diesel fuel leakage . This report was <br /> prepared by Joe Brusca of Raney Geotechnical, Inc. and he or Jahn Raney should forward that <br /> letter/report along with the amended report by next week to Lisa Medina. <br /> There is also the requirement of the existing well that needs to have the sanitary seal installed and raised . <br /> to an elevation of 12 inches. Sam Towne will Obtain a contractor which is on the SJ County's approved <br /> 6/4/2008 <br />
