Need to include Precise dimensions on Plot Plan-Plate 2 of report <br /> Percolation Testing sheets for all eight parcels to be certified-signed by engineer or qualified <br /> didate and faxed to Lisa <br /> On page 3 section 4.0- include in the body of the paragraph if any ground water contamination was <br /> present or not <br /> b\.
