We understand that Raney <br /> Geotechnical, Inc., West Sacramento, performed a Soli Suitability Study for the property <br /> dated April 3, 2008. According to the report and requirements of the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department, five (5) parceJ0,Q I need <br /> engineered septic systems due to slow percolation test rates and shallow depth to <br /> groundwater. <br /> A septic system design and layout was completed for the site based on the number of <br /> potential bedrooms of each proposed residence, soil conditions, percolation test rates and <br /> the requirements of the San Joaquin Environmental Health Department. Please see the <br /> Soil Suitability Study by Raney Geotechnical, Inc., dated April 3, 2008 (File No. 2836- <br /> 001.01) for further details regarding the New Hope Ranch property site conditions. <br /> Groundwater was encountered between approximately 5.75 feet and 7.5 feet in March <br /> 2008. Based on the recommendations of Raney Geotechnical, Inc., and because of <br /> seasonal groundwater fluctuation and irrigations the engineered septic plans incorporate <br /> ).
