This report presents our <br /> findings. The purpose of our assessment has been to determine if there is a likelihood of significant site= <br /> contamination from either on- or off-site sources. Additionally, this report is intended to provide, <br /> information required by San Joaquin County(Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report Checklist) <br /> as part of the County's review of an application for subdivision of the property. <br /> SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS <br /> We have been authorized by Majors Engineering to perform Phase I environmental assessment of the <br /> property. Without prior written consent of the client, Raney Geotechnical, Inc. will keep confidential <br /> and not disclose to any person or entity, any data or information provided by the client or generated in <br /> conjunction with the performance of the study. Provisions of confidentiality shall not apply to data or <br /> information obtained from the public domain or acquired_ from third parties not under obligation to <br /> the client to maintain confidentiality. - <br /> EXCEPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS <br /> The Phase I(a.k.a. Level 1) work summarized in this report meets and exceeds the scope and limitations <br /> Orr' of the 2000 American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard for Phase I environmental <br /> assessments(ASTM Standard Practice E 1527-00).
