Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. Prior to Parcel Map approval or recordation of Certificate of Compliance, an addendum to the Surface Subsurface Contamination report shall be submitted to and approved by the Environmental Health Department(EHD). The addendum shall address environmental concerns noted in the conclusions section of the original report dated February 16, 2006, including further limited screening sampling/testing of soils where recommended. B. Prior to Parcel Map approval or recordation of Certificate of Compliance, EHD requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at time of submittal to EHD. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. C. Prior to Parcel Map approval or recordation of Certificate of Compliance, the existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). D. Should the existing unoccupied home be removed, open,pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the END is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). V Construction of individual domestic water well(s) under permit and inspection by the EHD is required for Parcels#1, #2,#3,#4, #5,#6, #7, at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-11.15.3).
