Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. Prior to Parcel Map approval or recordation of Certificate of Compliance, an addendum to <br /> the Surface Subsurface Contamination report shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD). The addendum shall address environmental <br /> concerns noted in the conclusions section of the original report dated February 16, 2006, <br /> including further limited screening sampling/testing of soils where recommended. <br /> B. Prior to Parcel Map approval or recordation of Certificate of Compliance, EHD requires a <br /> soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$190.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to EHD. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin <br /> County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$95.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Prior to Parcel Map approval or recordation of Certificate of Compliance, the existing private <br /> water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Should the existing unoccupied home be removed, open,pump, and backfill the septic tank, <br /> seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection by the EHD (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> END is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> V Construction of individual domestic water well(s) under permit and inspection by the EHD is <br /> required for Parcels#1, #2,#3,#4, #5,#6, #7, at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-11.15.3). <br /> MH:t! <br />
