We offer the following <br /> comments and reo)mmendations with respect to the project's impacts on Williamson Act <br /> land. <br /> Proiect'Descri tion <br /> The project is a proposed subdivision of two parcels totaling 326 acn.s of prime <br /> agricultural land er,forceably restricted by Williamson Act Contract (APN 001-030- <br /> 03/04). The propo3al is to create eight parcels of 40 acres or more. The property is <br /> located on the norlh side of Lauffer Road, 1400 feet west of Vail road, west of Thomton <br /> in San Joaquin Co.inty (County). Surrounding land is agricultural. There is no <br /> information providE.d as to the purpose of the proposed subdivision.
