Lawrence Road,Escalon APN: 229-040-16 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Lawrence Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or <br /> deem complete the application for this project: <br /> 1. Submit for approval turning analysis drawings prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed <br /> surveyor showing that the proposed driveways are sufficient to allow truck and trailer ingress and <br /> egress without intruding beyond the nearest lane of traffic. The driveway approaches and frontage <br /> between the driveways shall be improved as a minimum in general conformance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17, with additional width, frontage improvement <br /> and turning radius as required by the turning analysis. Provide ingress and egress signage if <br /> required as a result of turning analysis. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> Upon satisfaction of the above requirement, the following Conditions of Approval shall apply. Additional and/or <br /> revised conditions of Approval may be necessary based upon factors resulting from the completed application. <br />
