CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-82 <br /> Hackett <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-00-82 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 7,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 8, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Leanne Muller,468-3228) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The recorded Lot Line Adjustment shall substantially conform to the Tentative Map <br /> dated November 1,200. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> 1 <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) Parcell shall have a minimum lotarea,of.two-net acres;(Development Title Section.9,-872jd)). <br /> (2) Parcel 2 shall have a minimum lot area of one net acre.
