Lehman Rd., Tracy December 19, 2016 <br /> Continuation of Condition B: <br /> NOTE: The Environmental Health Department received a soil suitability study dated <br /> November 16, 2016, which has been approved. The designated remainder is <br /> non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental Health Department <br /> receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the remainder is <br /> suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> C. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on <br /> the Soil Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> E. The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the <br /> remainder is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br />
