Phase 1, to be completed in 18 months, includes the construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. storage building,a 5,000 sq.ft.shop building,a 1,000 sq.ft. breakroom,and a truck scale for private use only. Phase 2,to be completed in thirty(30) months, includes the construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. shelling building. Phase 3, to be completed in five(5) years, includes a 400 sq. ft. canopy. This parcel is not under a Williamson Act Contract. The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General Agriculture). PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is on the north side of West Lehman Road, 985'west of South Ahern Road, Tracy. (APN/Address: 255-020-61/3501 West Lehman Road, Tracy) (Supervisorial District 5). ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than November 8, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application. The County's Development Committee will review this application on November 14, 2018. If you would like to receive notice of the staff determination for this project, please notify the Community Development Department in writing.
