6.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> F7(Chesneyting declares that based on the document research, subject property inspectionce investigation as described in this report, the findings are true and accurate toteestomyknowledge, as of October 28, 2011. This was the date of the last inspection of the <br /> subject property. It is noted that Chesney Consulting did not perform testing for any adverse <br /> environmental constituent(s). <br /> The purpose of this report was exclusively to inform the Client and the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and <br /> under the subject property as of the date of this report. This report is not a Phase I Environmental <br /> Site Assessment,and is therefore not to be used by any prospective purchasers of the subject <br /> property, in whole or in part, since this report is for the exclusive use by Mr. and Mrs. Ralph and <br /> Dorothy Ruiz, and the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department. <br /> Chesney Consulting does not assume responsibility for the discovery and elimination of any <br /> environmental hazards. Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no <br /> way assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns. <br /> No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface <br /> conditions which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources.
