CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-OG-81 <br /> Ruiz <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-00-01 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on December 7,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 8, 2002, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher, 468-9653) <br /> a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer,qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> b. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: <br /> (1) Parcels land 2 shall have a minimum lot area of two net acres. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 872[d]) <br /> (2) Parcels land 2 shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-010.4) <br /> 2.
