Legal <br /> descriptions of the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division <br /> for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The legal <br /> descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, <br /> qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or <br /> a Licensed Land Surveyor.
