CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-02-519 <br /> Virtue <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-02-519 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on December 10, 2002,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> This approval will expire on June 10, 2004, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Kimberly Wallace,.468-0816) <br /> a. APPROVAL: The Lot Line Adjustment recorded shall substantially conform to the Site Plan dated <br /> October 23, 2002. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. SINGLE FAMILY HOMES: One of the existing homes shall be converted to a second unit <br /> dwelling under application number PA-02-585. The owner of the property shall occupy either the <br /> existing single-family dwelling or the proposed second unit dwelling for a period exceeding ninety <br /> (90)days per year(Development Title Section 9-830). <br /> d. FARM LABOR MOBILE HOMES: The two farm labor mobile homes shown on the map are being <br /> occupied without finaled building permits. Building permit numbers BP-0002471 and BP-0002472 <br /> shall be finaled before the"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"can be recorded. <br /> e. MOVED STRUCTURE: One of the following shall be required for the single-family home noted <br /> on the site plan as"house on blocks": <br /> (1) Remove the structure from the property; or <br /> (2) Obtain proper permits for the structure. <br /> 2.
