CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1900028 (LA) <br /> ULLRICH 1 ROBERT SNOW, PLS <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1900028 was approved by the San Joaquin County <br /> Community Development Department on April 22, 2019, which is the effective date of approval. <br /> This approval will expire on October 21, 2020, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has <br /> been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: Giuseppe Sanfilippo [209]468-0227) <br /> a. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between four parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated February 15, 2019. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcel Four shall be a minimum of forty acres in size (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 610.2) <br /> 2. See memo dated <br /> April 11, 2019) <br /> NOTES AND INFORMATION ONLY: <br /> Access to these parcels is not created by this Lot Line Adjustment.
