ril <br /> 23 JANUARY 2000 <br /> Fj NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE00-336 <br /> VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> The subject property is located at 11151 Liberty Road, Gait, San Joaquin County, California. The <br /> subject property is currently one parcel. The subject property is situated along Liberty Road east of <br /> Bruella Road. While the address does maintain a City of Galt address, it should be noted that the <br /> subject property is well within the boundaries of San Joaquin County. The subject property currently <br /> holds three residences, all of which reside within the designated remainder. The portion of the subject <br /> property which is to be split from the existing parcel is vacant land which is covered in native grasses. <br /> In addition, it is our understanding that all of the aforementioned buildings are to stay under the <br /> ownership of the current owner. To the north of the subject property is more fallow farm land which <br /> is followed to the distant north (roughly one-half mile)by another farm house. To the west of the <br /> subject property is vacant land which is followed to the west by a small rural road(Sowles). To the <br /> west of that road is the San Joaquin Nature Study Area. To the east of the subject property is vacant <br /> FJI� <br /> land. To the south of the subject property is Liberty Road. Across Liberty Road is a small dairy farm <br /> with cows; however milk processing equipment was not observed. <br /> FNo industrial processes with the potential to release lead into the environment were observed on the <br /> subject property. No potential lead-containing commercial products were observed on the subject <br /> Fproperty. <br /> A site map and photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A <br /> site visit/assessment checklist is attached to this report as Appendix C. <br /> VIII. FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS <br /> This assessment has revealed no evidence of recognized environmental conditions in connection with <br /> the subject property. <br /> XI.
