SUMMARY <br /> FNOA ENVIRONMENTAL has been retained by Cheryl Lawrence, 1230 Sand Castle Way, <br /> Manteca, California, 95207 to conduct a Surface/Subsurface Contamination Report for the property <br /> Flocated at 11151 Liberty Road, Galt, San Joaquin County, California . <br /> The purpose of this Surface/ Subsurface Contamination Report is to identify to the extent feasible, <br /> Fany potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. The <br /> property owners plan to split the 40.00+/-acre parcel into a single parcel and a designated remainder. <br /> All buildings which currently reside on the property are to remain in the remainder, thus leaving . <br /> Fbarren land on the subject property. <br /> Regional and local database lists were reviewed, and local and regional agencies were contacted in <br /> r order to determine if any recognized environmental conditions exist on the subject property. The <br /> search radius for this investigation extended to adjoining properties, and to properties within a search <br /> r radius of one-quarter (1/4) mile. As an adjunct to the database search, the subject property <br /> background and history of past use were investigated. Physical characteristics including the <br /> topography, soil type, and groundwater depth and flow'direction beneath the subject property are <br /> discussed. Interviews were conducted and a site reconnaissance was completed. The data pertinent <br /> to this investigation can be found in the body of this document.
