' 23 JANUARY 2000 NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER - LE00 336 H. SITE DESCRIPTION A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. The subject property is located at 11151 Liberty Road, Galt, San Joaquin County, California. The subject property is currently one parcel. The subject property is situated along Liberty Road east of Bruella Road. While the U.S.P.S. reflects maintain a City of Galt zip code and post office location, it should be noted that the subject property is well within the boundaries for San Joaquin County. The subject property currently supports three residences, all of which reside within the designated remainder. The portion of the subject property which is to be split from the existing parcel is vacant land which is covered in native grasses. In addition, it is our understanding that all of the aforementioned buildings are to stay under the ownership of the current owner. .To the north of the subject property is more fallow farm land which is followed to the distant north (roughly one-half mile) by another farm house. To the west of the subject property is vacant land which is followed to the west by a small rural road(Sowles). To the west of that road is the San Joaquin Nature Study Area. To the east of the subject property is vacant land. To the south of the property subject is P Liberty Road. Across Liberty Road is a small dairy farm with cows; however, milk processing equipment was not observed. A map with the location of the subject property is attached to this report as Appendix A.
