Liberty Road, Galt <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> B. The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until The Environmental Health <br /> Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing remainder has a passing <br /> percolation test without impact to groundwater from domestic wastewater. <br /> �y�The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and <br /> 4*initrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> dapproved laboratory(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> Applicant shall uncover existing septic tank and expose existing leach lines to verify that leach lines <br /> do not cross over proposed Parcels 41 and designated remainder property lines. This shall be <br /> completed under a consultation permit and inspection with the Environmental Health <br /> Department. The fee for the consultation permit is $186.00. <br /> '1 E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability <br /> findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> F. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required on the designated remainder at the time of development(San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br /> MH:d <br />
