Describe the subject property and its physical, topographic, and vegetative features. <br /> The subject property is a Flat rectangular piece of land with an irrigation canal that runs on a <br /> diagonal through the upper third of the property. There land grades down gently to the north. <br /> Seasonal grasses were starting to appear from recent rains,which are used for cattle feed. <br /> 20. a. For each structure on the subject property, describe its uses and the location and <br /> type of heating and cooling system. <br /> Interior of the residence was not observed. One barn on the property used for storing antique <br /> cars and two large campers. The other barn appears to have been once used as a shop and is <br /> now used for storage. <br /> b. Are any structures on the subject property observed to contain readily apparent <br /> asbestos-containing materials (ACM)? <br /> Yes ❑ No ❑ Interior of structures not observed <br /> c.
