(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Maurice Moran APN: 009-050-02 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Dry Creek Road has an existing right-of-way width of 30 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br /> 2.
