Weber Avenue PERMIT/SERVICES
Stockton, CA 95202
Re On-site Septic System Design
17200 Liberty Road
Minor Subdivision # PA-02-3
Mr. Raymond Borges,
Enclosed, please find copies of our on-site septic system designs developed for Parcels 1 and
3 of the subject minor subdivision. These designs have been developed at the request of the
property owner and are intended to satisfy your department's requirements relative to the
ongoing subdivision. It is our understanding that a suitable area has been identified to support
a conventional septic system on Parcel 2.
The septic system designs developed for this project are similar and rely on "at-grade"
technology. It is our understanding that your department does not have regulations relating to
engineered systems. As such, we have utilized the design regulations from Calaveras County
to guide our design development. All design parameters and components are based on best
available technology and standard industry practices.
Operations and maintenance (O&M) guidelines have been included with this design. Copies of
this document have been included with the designs submitted to the property owner.
Please review this information at your earliest convenience. Should you have questions or
comments regarding this information, do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,Ll ,
ephefi RE. .S.
CIVIL ENGINEERING LAND DEVELOPMENT - WATER WASTEWATER ENVIRONMENTAL
