The 80 acre parcel is locat at 17700 E. Liberty Road, in SJ County. The parcel is zoned A 40. The parcel is located in Section 4, T4N, R8E. The existing residence was constructed in 81. No mail can be delivered to the residence address. A poultry farm exists to the west of the si and a residence to the east. The present owners purchased the parcel in 1993. PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE USES OF THE PARCEL The land is used for pasture in support of cattle and horse raising. There are an average of 10 cows and 10 horses during the year. The former owner raised sheep and used the land as pasture. It is probable the future use will not change but be on a reduced scale. Commissioner Report The EDR Radius Map with Geo-Check states the target property was not listed in any of the databases searched by EDR. No mapped sites were found in EDR's search of available ("reasonably ascertainable')government records either on the target property or within the search radius around the target propertyfor the databases researched.
