No mail can be <br /> delivered to the residence address. A poultry farm exists to the west of the si and a residence to <br /> the east. The present owners purchased the parcel in 1993. <br /> PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE USES OF THE PARCEL <br /> The land is used for pasture in support of cattle and horse raising. There are an average of 10 <br /> cows and 10 horses during the year. Field investigation at and near the site. <br /> 5. SJC Ag. Commissioner Report <br /> The EDR Radius Map with Geo-Check states the target property was not listed in any of the <br /> databases searched by EDR. No mapped sites were found in EDR's search of available <br /> ("reasonably ascertainable')government records either on the target property or within the <br /> search radius around the target propertyfor the databases researched. <br /> The databases searched also include State and Local Records and Tribal Records. <br /> 1. <br />
