Liberty Rd., Galt, CA <br /> Land Use Application PA-04-102 (MS), Service Request#37098 <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) has reviewed the Soil <br /> Suitability dated October 16, 2003 and has determined the following: <br /> The Soil Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study has been found incomplete. Please refer to <br /> the attached checklist for items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Soil <br /> Suitability/Nitrate Loading Study addressing the items found to be insufficient must <br /> be submitted to the EHD prior to approval of the study. Please be advised that any <br /> additional time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per <br /> hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this <br /> project, please submit to the EHD those items noted.
