The study was conducted to determine whether the proposed new two 80-
acre and one 160-acre parcels are suitable for septic systems and leach lines, the study was
performed according to the requirements of Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County
Development. Major elements of the field work included the drilling of three 3-foot and three 25-
foot exploratory soil borings and performing six (6)in-situ percolation tests. An examination of
the soils, review of published soil information, geologic maps, and available ground-water
information was used to estimate suitability of soils. This report presents the results of our study.
IL PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT
The proposed minor subdivision involves splitting a 320-acre parcel to create two 80-acre
parcels and leave a 160-acre parcel as the designated remainder. Septic systems and water wells
are planned to be installed on the parcels to serve the needs of future residences.
