Anderson&Associates is pleased
to furnish you with the following information.
The PA number for this project is PA-03-09.
An assessor's parcel map for the subject property is attached.
A clarified site map is attached.
There are no existing known groundwater contamination issues in the immediate vicinity of the
subject property. One site, located to the south of the west portion of the subject property,
appears to have a substantial amount of material dumped on it. The amount and types of dumped
material could pose a threat of a release of hazardous materials on that property should they exist.
The property in question is hydrologically and topographically down-gradient. We cannot
quantify any potential impact to the subject property from the dump site.
The original percolation test forms are attached.
Parcels 2 and 3 have not been found to be suitable for standard septic systems, due to their lack
of acceptable percolation rates. The client was advised of this condition. The client expressed
that when or if Parcels 2 and 3 pass percolation tests, the onus would be with the new owner(s) of
those parcels. The soils logs are presented on page 7 of the report. We believe that the
unsatisfactory percolation rates were a result of the silty soil matrix with a high degree of
cementation. The drilling was difficult at this site.
The conditions of the percolation test holes after the twenty-four hour pre-soak was that they
were intact and dry.
