Is the property or any adjoining property used as a gasoline station, motor repair facility, <br /> commercial printing facility, dry cleaners, photo developing laboratory,junkyard or <br /> landfill, or as a waste treatment, storage, disposal, processing, or recycling facility? <br /> A makeshift junkyard is located south of the western quarter of the <br /> subject property. <br /> r 4. Are there any transformers on the property? <br /> No <br /> Within 250 feet? <br /> Yes. There is one transformer within 250 feet of the property line. The <br /> transformer is north of the subject property, servicing a well in the dry <br /> pond that is located on the north border of the subject property. <br /> 5.
