i ' 1 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL LA-97-4 ALEXANDER KRYGSMAN Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-87-4 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on February 20, 1597, which is the effective date of approval. Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. I This approval will expire on August 22,1998,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. i 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: a A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community Development Department. The descriptions shall be stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer or a Licensed Land Surveyor. b. The following note shall be filed with the recorded deeds and surveys for LA-97-4: 'For building purposes the portion of parcel one located in Amador County is not a parcel separate from the remaining portion in San Joaquin County. For building purposes the portion of parcel two located in San Joaquin County is not a parcel separate from the remaining portion in Amador County. C. The applicant shall obtain approval of the Lot Line Adjustments from Amador County. 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: a A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. A new legal description shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) b.
