d <br /> v 1.0� <br /> RELATED HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE PROVISIONS i <br /> liability insurance policy or bond if all of the following conditions are met: <br /> (1) The owner of the property or governing body of the homeowners' association <br /> makes a written request to be added as an additional insured party. <br /> i (2) The addition of the owner of the property or the homeowners association does <br /> not result in cancellation or nonrenewal of the insurance policy or bond carried by the family day <br /> care home. <br /> (3) Any additional premium assessed for this coverage is paid by the owner of the <br /> property or the homeowners'association- <br /> (c) <br /> ssociation(c) As used in this section, "homeowners'association" means an association of a <br /> common interest development,as defined in Section 1351 of the Civil Code. <br /> i <br /> OLLED SUBSTANCES: NUISANCE ABATEMENT <br /> §11570. Nuisance <br /> Every buildin r place used for the purpose of unlawfully selling, serving, storing, keeping, <br /> manufacturing, o iving away any controlled substance,precursor, or analog specified in this <br /> division,and every b -lding or place wherein or upon which those acts take place,is a nuisance <br /> which shall be enjoine abated, and prevented, and for which damages may be recovered, <br /> whether it is a public or pn to nuisance. <br /> §11571. Nuisance;Action o Abate; Injunction <br /> Whenever there is reason to believe t t a nuisance as described in Section 11570 is kept, <br /> maintained,or exists in any county,the dis " t attorney of the county,or the city attorney of any _ <br /> incorporated city or of any city and county,in a name of the people,may,or any citizen of the <br /> state resident in the county,in his or her own nam may maintain an action to abate and prevent <br /> the nuisance and perpetually to enjoin the person c ducting or maintaining it,and the owner, <br /> lessee,or agent of the building or place in or upon ich the nuisance exists from directly or <br /> i <br /> indirectly maintaining or permitting the nuisance. <br /> §11573.
