Bes is one <br /> of only two companies in Northern California that produce these small utility boxes, a <br /> ' much needed service industry. <br /> We are requesting a review for less parking area than the County guideline for the <br /> following reasons: <br /> ii • Our buildings consist of large open areas because of the type of <br /> equipment we use and to allow forklifts and personnel to work in and <br /> around them safely. <br /> t 1 .
