CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1700293 <br /> ROBERTSON/QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1700293 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on ,which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire on which <br /> is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been <br /> recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the <br /> revised site plan dated December 22, 2017. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4) <br /> c. LOT SIZE: Parcels 1 and 2 shall each be a minimum of 10.0 acres gross in size. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-872.2[e]). <br /> 2.
