Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels <br /> OFI-7 and 9-15 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> 1 . A grading plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B. C. , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section. 7006 (1) . <br /> 2 . The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels . Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> 3 . Subdivision grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading <br /> Requirements. " <br /> 4 . All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5 . All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments . <br /> 6 . All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, or beginning <br /> of any construction. <br /> 4 . PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All ingress and egress easements, including the proposed 50- <br /> foot-wide irrevocable access easement, shall be dedicated as <br /> public utility easements . <br />
