Linne Rd <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> 1 . A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be preformed prior to <br /> application approval indicating that the area is suitable for <br /> septic tank usage. A permit for the percolation tests is <br /> required from the Environmental Health Division. Applicant <br /> will be required to submit detailed improvement plan showing <br /> all New Jerusalem Drainage District and private drainage tile <br /> drains that are with in the boundaries of this minor <br /> subdivision. All development around or near these tile drains <br /> must meet all applicable county ordinances prior to <br /> development. Parcel eight shall have the domestic well tested <br /> under the E. P.A. method of 502 . 2 , 504 and including General <br /> Mineral, Organic Chemical and Nitrate, if the soil suitability <br /> study is favorable. <br /> 2 . The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval . A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval . A permit <br /> for percolation tests from the Environmental Health Division <br /> is required. <br /> 3 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system (s) on parcels <br /> #1-7 and 9-15 under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 4 . Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcels <br /> #1-7 and #9-15 under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services 4/ <br />
