COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> MS-92-175 <br /> 3 . Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Linne Road to the property line with a 30' X 30' <br /> corner cut-off (snipe) at the intersection of the access road <br /> and Linne Road shall be required across the frontage of APN <br /> 248-080-19 . (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) <br /> 4 . The access road shall be named, dedicated, and constructed in <br /> conformance with the standards for a 50-foot right-of-way rural <br /> residential road and shall be limited to a maximum length of <br /> 660 feet. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) <br /> 5. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of ,the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specification must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Parcel Map.
