COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS MS-92-175 3 . Dedication to result in a 42-foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Linne Road to the property line with a 30' X 30' corner cut-off (snipe) at the intersection of the access road and Linne Road shall be required across the frontage of APN 248-080-19 . (Development Title Section 9-860. 4) 4 . The access road shall be named, dedicated, and constructed in conformance with the standards for a 50-foot right-of-way rural residential road and shall be limited to a maximum length of 660 feet. (Development Title Section 9-1100. 3) 5. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement Standards and Specifications of ,the County of San Joaquin.
